B. To send a single-page handwritten letter to Elder Withers, use pouch mail following these instructions for making a three-panel fold: (no envelopes are allowed now for pouch mail)

2. Fold the top of the letter about one-third of the way down and crease.

5. Do not include any other items within the letter.
6. In the top left corner, write your name and complete return address.
7. Affix a $0.41 stamp in the top right corner.
8. In the middle, write the following, and then put it in a mailbox:
